Shipping, Returns & Guarantee
Shipping Policy
-All orders are sent within 3-5 working days from date of purchase. They are shipped with Spanish mail (Correos España) with tracking.
-If you are purchasing from outside the EU you will most likely be charged taxes when it reaches your country. The customer is responsible for this cost.
Return Policy
-Returns are available for online purchases only. All buyers have 14 calendar days to request a return via email and send back their purchase.
-The buyer assumes the cost and responsibility of the return shipment until it makes its way to my workshop. I strongly recommend purchasing tracking for your return order.
-Returns are accepted when the jewellery is in its original state and packaging.
-Bespoke orders are not eligible for refund.
-Please be sure of your ring size before purchasing. I am not able to exchange or resize rings. If you would like advice on the correct way to measure your finger and the fit of different ring styles please get in touch before you purchase and I will be happy to help you.
-All my jewellery comes with a 6 month guarantee from date of purchase.
-This covers breakage that occurs with normal use of your jewellery. You must send a photo and/or video of the issue.
-The client is responsible for the cost of shipment.
-This guarantee does not cover damage incurred by improper use or modification of your jewellery, oxidation or scratches of the surface metal that occurs naturally with use.
-If your jewellery breaks or suffers damage after this 6 month period, please do get in touch to see if I can help you with a solution and we can discuss the cost of a possible repair. My intention is to create jewellery that will last a lifetime and become a treasure to pass on to future generations.
